As a Certified Life Coach and motivational speaker for Endurance for Life, Minerva Vargas-Miletti works with individuals and groups, enhances people's professional and personal lives, coaches people with regard to their talents, and delivers oral presentations for conferences and groups. Ms. Vargas-Miletti has also been working full-time as a financial analyst for the federal government for three years.

She attributes her success to her love for life and her ability to overcome her obstacles. She became involved in her profession after being influenced by her former supervisor at a previous position who served as her coach and pointed out to her that she has a natural ability to be a coach and the talent to to go much further in this area.

Ms. Vargas-Miletti received her Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education with a concentration in Drama, Dance and Play Direction from the University of Puerto Rico, San Juan in 1988. She is also a Certified Life Coach and certified with a DA Level I Certification in Business Cost Estimating and Financial Management.
