MILWAUKEE, WI, September 10, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Edward Burns, Jr., Owner and President of ToughSkinn LLC, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in motivational speaking.

As the owner and president of ToughSkinn LLC, Mr. Burns is responsible for scheduling appearances, delivering motivational speeches to children, couples and at major events and reviewing paperwork. He became involved in motivational speaking after working in the U.S. Marine Corps. He attributes his success to his determination, perseverance, upbringing, self-belief and to the support he receives from the people around him.

Mr. Burns received his MBA through the University of Phoenix in 2003. A two-time recipient of the Naval Achievement Award, he also coaches the basketball team at the local middle school. He hopes to expand his company and speak at more events as well as host television programs and radio shows.
