HOUSTON, TX, November 17, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Gloria I. Webster, Owner and Creator of La Loba Consultants, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in motivational speaking.

With 12 years of experience as the owner and creator of La Loba Consultants, Ms. Webster has developed an expertise in self discovery. In her current position, she leads workshops to guide and empower women to discover who they are and how to they can claim their authentic lives. She has participated in two leadership programs through Landmark Education: The Introduction Leaders Program and the Team Management Leadership Program, which have enhanced her quality of life. Ms. Webster became involved in her profession after noticing the ease with which women often lose sight of their own goals, putting their children, jobs or husbands first. She provides them with inspiration for discovering themselves.

In 2006, Ms. Webster received a postgraduate certificate in women's studies from Towson University. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in criminal justice from Coppin State University, earned in 1986. She is a former board member of the Women Entrepreneurs of Baltimore, serving from 1992 until 1993. She is an affiliate of the Women of Color Resource Center in Berkeley, California, and was a board member of Global Women of Baltimore, serving from 2002-2006. She also was a member of the Windsor Hills Neighborhood Association of Baltimore, Maryland. Ms. Webster has been honored by the Governor of Alabama with a Certificate of Merit for her outstanding work during Hurricane Katrina. In 1995, she was inducted into the Women Entrepreneurs of Baltimore's Hall of Fame. She was a supporter of the Windsor Hill Neighborhood Association, the Sexual Assault Recovery Center of Aberdeen, Maryland, Bon Secour Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, and currently supports The Vegetarian Resource Group, Glaucoma Research Foundation and Women for Women International. In the near future, she hopes to gain worldwide recognition for La Loba Consultants and the difference it makes in the lives of women.
