As Owner of Subject 2 Change Mentoring Inc. since 1983, Dr. Sellner has consistently demonstrated the vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be considered among the best.

Dr. Sellner has 39 years of training and mentoring experience in the leadership and development field. Over the last 15 years, Jim has facilitated about 50 strategic planning sessions and specializes in companies with 10-25 people. As of December 2010, Dr. Jim is ranked #1 out of 6285 management experts in ezinearticles.com's worldwide Business Management category.

Dr. Sellner was also the Co-Founder of Virtus Inc. with Lance Sparling in 1999. There he facilitated 9 exchanges per month with 90 business leaders for the first 5 years. In 2006-07, Jim was the project leader for a Global Entrepreneurial Training Program for the Entrepreneur's Organization. More recently, Dr. Sellner developed a 3-year Entrepreneurial Program for a company in China. This program, which will be launched in 2010, has an expected enrollment of 400 entrepreneurs annually by 2012.

During his educational career, Dr. Sellner earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Western Ontario and a Master's degree from the University of Waterloo. He recently published Leadership for Einstein's: Bringing Out the Genius in People While Becoming Great Yourself and as a compliment to it, Dr. Sellner participates in virtual book tours and offers an ongoing Virtual Leadership Development Series.
