After serving an Engineering apprenticeship with the Australian Navy, he graduated as a Certified Mechanical Engineer. He is also a Certified Business Coach and Mediator. Mr. Montgomery is currently working on a Master's degree in Psychotherapy. He is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management. Robert is also a Member of the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors, Counsellors and Psychotherapists Association, and the Australian Counsellors Association.
