NBC's Biggest Loser Contestant To Tell Her Story At Clark's Corner and Ione Junior High
Clark's Corner is proud to present an evening with Abby Rike, a competitor on Season 8 of NBC's hit reality TV show," The Biggest Loser", Thursday, February 24th.

IONE, CA, February 19, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Come meet Abby Rike from NBC's "The Biggest Loser" on Thursday, February 24, 2011 at Clark's Corner in Ione at 6pm. At 7pm, join her for a rally at Ione Junior High School Gymnasium, where she will tell her personal story and share her "Biggest Loser" experiences.

Kraig Clark, owner of Clark's Corner, says of Abby, "She is quite an inspiration. Abby has overcome so much in her life, and has an amazing story of hope to share."

In 2006, Abby lost her family in a fatal car crash. In 2009, she participated in NBC's "The Biggest Loser" as a "public journey of healing and wellness." Abby began her journey on the show weighing in at 247 pounds. While on the show, she lost 46 pounds. She then went home utilizing the knowledge she gained and lost an additional 54 pounds to weigh in at 147 pounds at the December finale.

The Meet & Greet with Abby will begin at 6pm at Clark's Corner, 12 Main Street, Ione, CA, and will include appetizers, a no-host bar and admission to the rally for $25 per person. The rally is at 7pm at Ione Junior High Gymnasium, 450 S. Mill St. Ione, CA. Rally only tickets are $15 per person.
